About Me
When I first began my career in real estate I did not have guidance on how to get my finances as an independent contractor and small business owner in order. Most brokerages focus on contract training and if you are lucky some form of sales training. But many new agents, including myself at the time, do not have a clue how to budget for a business, track expenses, manage expenses, and maximize their spending and taxes. It took a very big check to the IRS to learn that this was very important for the longevity of my career, my financial future beyond my career, my medical care as a self-employed individual, and the financial legacy for my family.
Over time I developed the knowledge and skills to stay in business through all seasons of life including the ever-changing landscape of the Real Estate market. I can confidently work with clients who I can serve best and pass on clients who do not share the values I have. I am very fortunate that I was able to piece this together and that I had a grasp on my personal finances from a young age. I enjoy empowering entrepreneurs to have more of a grasp on their tracking and systems to help them continue to do what they love with more peace of mind.
As a mom, previous single parent, divorcee, current spouse, real estate investor, and professional I enjoy working with individuals, single parents, investors, and couples who are not self-employed to establish financial peace and reach their financial goals as well.
